If there's one thing that I'm pretty sure I share with most people I have ever met, then it's a tendency to beat myself up. This isn't the same as pushing ourselves forward, although sometimes we feel we need this so as not to make mistakes and complete idiots of ourselves - again. We ruminate, judge, self-blame, and stress out. As my favourite question to clients goes "How's that working out for you?" We become fearful of failure, less resilient, somehow smaller. So I am delighted to be leading a courageous band of self-criticisers through the badlands of self-doubt and sabotage, and out the other side to a more compassionate, creative and positive way of being with yourself in a powerful workshop with Guardian Masterclasses this November in London. Please pass on if you know anyone who might be interested.
